About Our School
Established in 2002, Dublin Dance School has grown significantly and now welcomes students aged 2 upwards. In 2013, we expanded into Holy Trinity National School, Leopardstown, and in 2025 into The Gathering Grounds, Kilternan.
All of our students have the opportunity to participate in the prestigious Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) examinations, as well as perform in one of our renowned shows approximately every two years.
The Royal Academy of Dance, based in London, is one of the largest examination and training organisations in the world. RAD teachers and members operate in around 79 countries, with over 250,000 students taking examinations each year — including our own students. We are proud to maintain a 100% pass rate in all RAD examinations.
Classical Ballet provides an excellent foundation for all forms of dance while helping children develop confidence, poise, coordination, expression and fitness in a fun and motivating environment.
At Dublin Dance School, our approach centres on creating a positive and encouraging environment where every student feels valued and supported from the moment they walk through the door. We are committed to fostering a welcoming atmosphere that helps build confidence while nurturing a genuine love for dance.
Our highly qualified teachers provide expert training tailored to each student’s level, ensuring strong technical development while keeping classes engaging and enjoyable. We pride ourselves on being an inclusive school, where students of all abilities are encouraged to progress at their own pace and feel a true sense of belonging as part of our dance community.
